Key Equipment: Super Mute Terminal Machines, Wire Stripping Machines, Riveting Machines, UV Printer.

Team & Capacity: 2 line supervisors with 13 skilled operators, 2 main assembly lines, annual output exceeding 82,000 units across all categories.

3. Quality Assurance & Testing Laboratory

Function: Rigorous verification of safety, performance and durability at multiple production checkpoints.

Key Equipment: Ground Resistance Testers, Digital Power Meters, Voltage Withstand Testers.

Quality Process: 100% product inspection protocol with full raw material traceability; 3 dedicated QC inspectors across all production lines.
